The aim of the project: to provide the sustainable development of higher education in Russia, creation independent system of quality assessment of educational programmes in accordance with the principles of the Bologna process and the strategic development plan of the European Union until 2020.

The results of the project:

• developed system of quality assessment of educational programmes in higher education in accordance with the standards ENQUA( The European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education)

• open center for independent accreditation of educational programmes on the basis of the Bologna club

• qualified experts in the area of public and professional evaluation of educational programmes

• developed system of evaluating the quality educational programmes
