The aim of the project: to promote the implementation of the Bologna Process by strengthening the University-Enterprise cooperation through the creation a network of spin-off companies, exemplifying the best European experience, bringing the quality of cooperation to a new level, improving and expanding it. This means that new communication, scientific and business contacts will be established between enterprises and universities. It is planned to improve the quality of cooperation for the following groups: students, lectures, as well as administrative staff of universities and enterprises. Changes must be implemented at the consortium level and applied to all project participants. The cooperation with the above-mentioned groups will be carried out in the form of internships, seminars, meetings, conferences and roundtables.

The objectives of the project:

- development an effective model of spin-off companies to strengthen the partnership between the university and the enterprise

- implementation an effective model of spin-off companies in the universities of China, Russia and Georgia

- the creation of an international online network of spin-off companies

Expected results of the project:

- the effective model of the partnership between universities and enterprises

- the guidelines for the model of partnership between universities and enterprises in partner universities (EU countries, Russia, China and Georgia)

- the training courses for by-product developers

- the virtual international dedicated network
