About the Section

Issues of Subsection 1.
Modern methods and technologies for conducting geodetic surveys for engineering and applied tasks. Application of digital technologies and AI for processing geodetic data. New technologies and work methods in geodesy for construction, mining, and transport. Monitoring of structural deformations.
Issues of Subsection 2.
Application of satellite technologies and GNSS for geodesy and monitoring of the Earth's surface. Use of real-time GNSS to support transport positioning and autonomous systems. Processing of large GNSS and INS datasets. Development of space geodesy in the context of the digital economy. Integration of measurement methods (GNSS, laser scanning, INS).
Issues of Subsection 3.
Principles and applications of laser scanning (terrestrial and airborne). Creation and analysis of three-dimensional models of terrain and/or engineering objects using laser scanning data. Application of machine learning technologies for automating the analysis of data obtained through laser scanning and robotic systems. Prospects for the development of laser scanning and robotics technologies in geodesy. Integration of geodetic data with building information models (BIM) in construction.
