Faculty of Territory Management

The main objectives of the Faculty of Territory Management are training bachelors, masters and postgraduates in the field of real estate cadaster and geoinformation systems; accounting, economic evaluation and management of real estate; planning and development of territories.

The Faculty of Territory Management was founded in 1996. During its work the faculty has trained more than 1800 highly qualified multidisciplinary specialists with higher education, who know the technical, informational, normative-legal, economic and managerial aspects that make it possible to effectively manage real estate and land resources in the interests of the state, enterprises and individual citizens.

Receiving a prestigious and unique education allows the graduates of the Faculty to work in investment, construction, land management and development companies, real estate agencies and exchanges, organizations engaged in real estate activities, land cadastral offices, land courts, property funds, organizations and firms of surveying production, cadastral services, administrative and municipal authorities.

The objects of professional activity are: land and other types of natural resources; category of land fund; territorial zones; zones with special conditions for the use of territories; zones of special legal regime; land use zones and land plots depending on the intended purpose and permitted use; land holdings; unified objects of real estate and cadastral registration; information systems and technologies of the real estate cadastre; geodetic and cartographic bases of land management and real estate cadastre.

All types of training in the field of education are carried out in state and municipal bodies and structures, industrial and research organizations and enterprises of various forms of ownership, whose activities are related to solving problems in the field of land management and cadastres, cadastral activities, land resources and real estate management. The curriculum includes the processes of analysis, modeling, optimization, improvement of mechanisms for managing land information systems in order to increase the efficiency of their functioning.
